By popular demand (3 or 4 people) I’ve added this page, it was originally an email but it can stay here for hower long needed.
These are many sites that I have learned from and continue to learn from. I usually sit for atleast 20 minutes before and/or after any study session. This is just to make sure I continue to meditate and not get lost in the world of philosophical Buddhism. But do what works for you
